Very straightforward transaction.
Having selected the fabric from the range of swatches, everything went like clockwork. The website was easy to use. The blind turned up on the 5th working day after ordering. It's exactly as measured and looks good quality. I have one small piece of feedback - having ordered the spring-loaded mechanism, I confess I was expecting it to be less aggressive in action. Perhaps I should have shopped around for the words "soft-action"?

I found Wilson Blinds to be extremely helpful. We were ordering 3 blinds to fit in a recess so not straightforward but the blinds fit and look very stylish. I will as we decorate each room be ordering further blinds in the imminent future. One of the toggles sadly was broken in transit. I called Friday and a new toggle arrived today. :) Fantastic service. Overall 10/10

Quality blind and excellent value
We ordered a white wood-effect blind for our newly redecorated Study. It was made to measure and such good value we were keen to see the quality. We were not disappointed, in fact, we were extremely surprised and pleased with the product. It is excellent quality for the price and was a perfect fit for the window. I ordered white wooden Venetian blinds with tapes and they look amazing and far more expensive than they actually were. I wanted smaller side blinds for a window box but the dimensions on the web site were too big. I contacted Wilsons and they kindly made me 2 smaller blinds. Highly recommended

By far the best quality wooden blinds I have purchased and saved me £120. I was dreading having to install them, but even I found them easy to fit. We ordered three blinds online and they were delivered within three working days. I have used several local firms over the years, but these are by far the best. I would recommend this company above all others, as I can't fault them in any way. Excellent service and excellent quality, this company deserves to do well.

Fast Delivery and Competively Priced
Blinds are easy to fit and install. They are a bit fiddly with wide windows. You need to tie the blind tight until clipped in brackets and definitely need two tall people. The fascia strip could do with more Velcro pads to hold it in place and would benefit from being made of more pliable plastic instead of wood to help compensate for not quite true window frames! 1930s house. Still, very impressed with quality and service from Wilsons Blinds.

Really good product and would recommend. So happy in fact that this is my second order. Unfortunately on this second order the postal service obviously damaged the blind by putting something heavy on it and therefore it got bent. I am truly very happy with the blinds I purchased from Wilson's. The arrived in good time, well packaged, with everything needed to fit them, and more. The look great, we're easy to fit and make such a difference to my rooms. (Lounge/diner and 2 bedrooms). They cost around a quarter of the amount I'd been quoted previously, just because I could fit them myself. I would happily recommend them to anyone!

The blinds took longer than estimated date to arrive, but all worth the wait, I bought the basis black out blinds for my son's bedroom, very easy to install, looks neutral , does the job very well, and now my little son sleeps in till 9.30am since putting the blinds up. Before he used to wake up at 8.00am. We are going to buy more for all the other rooms.

Very happy with my blinds i came back after purchasing the same ones a few years ago for the back of the house and im just as happy now the only thing that puzzled me is the cord to open and close is very high compaired to the last ones and as on bay windows its a task to open and close as we have to clomb high up to reach but i will deffinatly use again as fantastic quality all around.

Our three blinds arrived today. I am pretty fussy, so I thought I would tell you how very pleased I am. Firstly with the speed of delivery. I am stunned that they can make these blinds to measure and get them out so quickly. Secondly the quality is amazing. I chose to order a particular blind from this company more for the colour than anything as it was exactly what I was looking for.. I was not expecting anything great as the price was so reasonable.. However, it arrived today within 5 days of my sending the online measurements .. I ordered 3 blinds from Wilson Blinds. On arrival 1 of the packages that contained a blind was open and the brackets were missing. I returned the blind and informed Customer Services who were very apologetic and sent out replacement brackets 1st class in the post. Unfortunately the blind was lost in transit, however Wilson Blinds were very professional and had another blind made to measure and dispatched it within the week. I will certainly be recommending the company to my friends.

Found on internet through simple search. Cheaper than others and offer simple made to measure service depending on where you want to fit the bind, whether it be internal to window frame or on the external of the frame. 'd been looking at wooden venetian blinds for ages and been quoted over £600 for 3 blinds, so when I saw Wilsons Blinds doing the same blinds for only £200 I was really skeptical. When the blinds arrived (really quickly) I opened them up and was so happy with the quality and colour, they were identical to the more expensive blind quoted. The fitting was really easy and I'm so happy with the blinds. I ordered three white wooden blinds with 50mm slats. The blinds took two weeks to arrive from ordering to delivery, and were well-wrapped with all of the fittings included. The finished blinds are of excellent quality and look fabulous. I will be using Wilson Blinds again!

We've used Wilson blinds a number of times now and find that the whole delivery process has been well thought out. - easy to use website, clear measuring instructions and simple ordering process. - once ordered blinds were delivered in good time by a delivery company that communicated regularly with us about the status of our delivery. - the blinds were well packaged. - easy to install. Two 1.7m wide blackout blinds installed in less than an hour. We will use again and are happy to recommend Wilsons.

I found it really easy to order samples and then later measure and order our chosen blinds. The e mail system told me I was due a delivery, and most of my order came. After a phone call I was told the other half had come with a different courier service ( tufnells) and I'd missed the first two delivery attempts. These guys chased up my order and it was promptly deliver a few hours later. Most importantly, the blinds were all together, not damaged, a d a really good quality. I'm very pleased and have now recommended them to two other friends.

My wife measured and ordered the three blinds and I fitted them. I've always purchased and then measured and cut my own blinds in the past and was slightly apprehensive of doing it this way. First impressions out of box are that they look and feel betterthan i expected. The fitting devices are same as on others I'd used so felt confident in using them. My only issue was that one if my windows is extremely miss-shaped and so the cut was not how I would have done it but without complex instructions they could not have provided this and the end result is ok. All in all I am very impressed with the quality and the service that was provided. Yes I'd recommend unless you need a very specific cut.

These arrived within a week of ordering them which was great because they were for our bathroom and urgently needed in the name of modesty. We ordered waterproof blinds as our shower is very close to window and they have the added advantage of being great black out blinds too. We had a tiny amount of trouble with the larger blind and spoke to customer services who sorted out the problem. It was only that the winder was in the wrong place and they told us how to adjust so minor problem. Great service I will certainly use this service again and would recommend to friends.
